1. ingredients:

3 cups of Japanese rice.
3/4 cup of water.
1/3 cup rice vinegar.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
1 tsp salt.
8 leaves of seaweed (Nori Sheets).
Various fillings of your choice of vegetables and fish.

2. How to prepare sushi rice

Wash the rice thoroughly and then put it in hot water to boil it.
Leave the rice for 15 minutes until it’s ready.
Mix sugar, salt and rice vinegar in a skillet over low heat, until you make sure that both salt and sugar are completely dissolved, and you get the sushi mixture.
Add the sushi mixture to the rice in a large bowl and leave it to cool.

3. How to prepare sushi rolls

Spread a seaweed leaf on a horizontal surface, then moisten your hand with water.
Put an amount of rice mixture on the paper and squeeze it to get a pressed rice.

2 avocados, sliced.
4 glasses of olive oil or health oil of your choice.

Preheat the oil to 350°C.
Mix cold water, flour and sugar in a bowl.
Mash zucchini with avocado.
Dip zucchini and avocado balls in the mixture and then put them in the boiling oil.
Leave the pieces in oil for two minutes and then let them cool.
Put the shrimp in the mixture, then fry the shrimp in oil.

Ingredients:

1 cup of medium grain rice.
