Ramen The Best Light Meal To Have At Dinner

Ramen
It is one of the most famous meals in Japan and it is even shown in most Japanese films or that contain scenes depicted in Japan. It is a type of noodle soup.  prepared with meat or fish broth and flavored with soy sauce or miso, and topped with slices of pork or chicken, dried seaweed, green onions or corn. This dish can be found in almost all cities in Japan, and each city has slightly different ways of making it. The meal can also be purchased through vending machines in Japan. and there is differents opinions about the origin of ramen some sources say it originated in China, other sources say that it was invented in Japan in the early twentieth century.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
  • A tablespoon of grated ginger
  • two cloves of garlic
  • Two teaspoons of sesame oil
  • Two cans of boiled noodles
  • boiled egg cut in half
  • Half a cup of sliced mushrooms soaked in water
  • Red pepper, sliced
  • salt

For the chicken sauce

  • A teaspoon of chopped garlic
  • A teaspoon of sugar
  • A teaspoon of grated ginger
  • A tablespoon of soy sauce

How to :
In a saucepan over medium heat, put the water and then add the spring onion, garlic and ginger.
When the mixture boils, add the chicken and put the lid, cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the broth, cut it into slices and place in an oven tray.
To prepare the chicken sauce take a bowl, place the garlic, sugar, ginger and soy sauce in it mix the ingredients until they overlap and then pour the sauce over the chicken.
Preheat oven to 190°C, let it for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Drain Remove the spring onions and garlic from the chicken broth and place them on a plate, add sesame oil and salt.
Spread the broth in serving plates, add noodles, grilled chicken, mushrooms and chili.
Add the hard-boiled eggs on top. serve on your table.

How to make Korean ramen with chicken

Ingredients:

  • a bag of spaghetti or indomie pasta “as you whish”
  • soy sauce
  • chicken broth
  • 3 medium-sized chicken breasts.
  • ¼ bag of mixed vegetables,
  • a grain of hot pepper (optional),
  • spices,
  • an egg

How to :
In a pan with a little butter, put the chicken breasts cut into cubes after washing and sautéing a little, then add the vegetables to them and continue to stir until they are cooked. before putting the chicken and vegetables, you can put slices of garlic to the butter and then add the chicken to it, this step will give you a different taste. Heat a pot of water, then add pasta or Indomie to it without cutting it, along with vegetables, chicken broth, and ready-made chicken breasts, and leave them on the fire for a while after covering them. Lift the lid off the pot and add an egg without whisking it, then add a little soy sauce, and cover the pot again until the ingredients are soft. Then put it in a dish and put the egg on top and serve it hot.
