Ramen
Ramen is one of the most celebrated dishes in Japan, often featured in films that showcase Japanese culture. This popular noodle soup is typically made with a broth from meat or fish, seasoned with soy sauce or miso, and garnished with ingredients such as pork or chicken slices, dried seaweed, green onions, and corn. You can find ramen in nearly every city across Japan, with each place adding its own unique flair to the dish. It’s even available from vending machines throughout the country. The origins of ramen are somewhat contested; some believe it was introduced from China, while others assert it was developed in Japan in the early 20th century.

How to make Korean ramen with chicken
Ingredients:
- A bag of spaghetti or Indomie noodles (your choice)
- Soy sauce
- Chicken broth
- 3 medium chicken breasts
- ¼ bag of mixed vegetables
- 1 piece of hot pepper (optional)
- Spices of your choice
- 1 egg
instructions :
In a pan, melt a little butter and sauté the washed and cubed chicken breasts until they start to brown. You can add sliced garlic to the butter for extra flavor before adding the chicken.
Once the chicken is slightly cooked, add the mixed vegetables and stir until everything is well combined and the vegetables are tender.
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, then add the spaghetti or Indomie noodles (without breaking them). Also, add the chicken broth, cooked chicken, and vegetables to the pot.
Cover the pot and let it cook for a bit.
After some time, remove the lid and gently crack an egg on top without whisking it. Drizzle in some soy sauce, then cover the pot again and cook until all the ingredients are soft.
Serve hot, placing the cooked egg on top. Enjoy!
